Our local club has been part of the New Windsor / Cornwall and Newburgh communities since June 12, 1984. Our members are your neighbors. Working in schools, law enforcement, government, and private community business and we are Friends of Youth.

We are involved in club events and community projects and programs that support youth and education. We teach civic leadership and responsibility, encourage academics and good sportsmanship.

We believe that “Bringing Out the Best in Children,” means building Optimism into our communities!
